we thank you for your interest to visit us

"Let us bow to the noblest of sages Patanjali, who gave Yoga for serenity of the mind, Sanskrit grammar for purity of speech and Ayurvedic medicine for the perfection of health."

Yoga is the cessation of all mental fluctuations, all wandering thoughts cease and the mind is focused on a single thought (ekagrata). The focus is on mind. The Yoga Sutras codifies the royal or best (raja) yoga practices, presenting these as a eight-limbed system (ashtanga).
