1. General Information
Dream Journeys is a South India–based travel and transport service provider offering customized tour packages, hotel arrangements, guide services, and vehicle rentals across India. All services are provided subject to availability, operational feasibility, and safety policies.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- All details shared during booking (travel dates, number of travelers, pickup/drop locations, hotel category, itinerary) must be accurate.
- Any changes after confirmation may lead to revised pricing or availability changes.
- Dream Journeys reserves the right to accept or reject any booking based on feasibility.
3. Payments
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other modes shared by our team.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless agreed otherwise.
- Prices may vary due to seasonal demand, availability, or changes in fuel prices, taxes, and hotel tariffs.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on the service booked:
Transport Services
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the travel date: No refund.
- Cancellation before 24 hours: Partial refund after deducting administrative charges.
Tour Packages
- Cancellation 7+ days before travel: Refund after deducting actual hotel/transport/vendor charges.
- Cancellation within 7 days: No refund, as hotels and services begin preparation.
No Show
If the traveler does not show up at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.
5. Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic, strikes, natural disturbances, or government regulations.
- Equivalent sightseeing or alternate arrangements may be provided wherever possible.
6. Vehicle & Travel Policy
- Vehicles are assigned based on group size and availability.
- Driver hours are regulated for safety; overnight travel may not be permitted unless pre-approved.
- Additional charges apply for deviations from the planned route, extra kilometers, toll charges, parking fees, or waiting time (if not included in package).
- Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be billed to the customer.
7. Hotel Policies
- Hotel check-in/check-out times follow the property’s policy.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
- Any damages caused to hotel property during stay must be settled directly by the customer.
8. Travel Documents
For certain regions (especially North East, Kashmir, or border areas), government permissions or ID proofs may be required.
Travelers must carry:
- Valid government ID
- Permits (if applicable)
- Necessary health/travel documents
Dream Journeys is not responsible for denial of entry due to missing documentation.
9. Responsibilities of Travelers
Travelers must:
- Follow safety instructions during travel and adventure activities
- Be punctual for pickups, sightseeing, and check-outs
- Respect local culture, property, and guidelines
- Inform the team of any medical conditions prior to travel
Dream Journeys is not liable for incidents caused by negligence or non-compliance by travelers.
10. Liability & Limitations
Dream Journeys is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, government restrictions, or natural calamities
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Injuries, accidents, or health issues beyond our control
- Third-party services such as hotels, ferries, houseboats, or adventure operators
However, we ensure best efforts to support and assist travelers during unforeseen situations.
11. Use of Website & Content
All content, images, logos, and materials on the website belong to Dream Journeys.
Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information shared during booking (name, contact number, email, travel details) is used only for service coordination and communication.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
13. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from bookings, cancellations, or service use shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Dream Journeys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
